Service Technician

Karmic Maintenance is looking for half a dozen more people to come work with us!

We’re an exterior property maintenance company that work year round doing gutter cleaning, window cleaning,  pressure washing, snow removal, and more.

We have a friendly culture and like to have fun when we work!

We’re looking for friendly and teachable people that would like to move into management roles.

Helpful if you have:

• previous painting/roofing experience
• experience being on roofs and ladders higher than 20 ft
• friendly attitude be able to lift 80 lbs ladders with ease
• be comfortable working on steep roofs / 4 story homes

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Pay starts at $16/h for the first month – and goes up to $25/hr afterwards based on skill.
